A campus ambassador is a student who represents Dnyx Academy at their college. The programme is coming soon and applications are not open yet. This guide explains what the role involves so you can decide if it suits you.
The idea
You are a friendly link between your college and the academy. You help classmates understand the programmes, share honest information and run small activities, and the academy supports you with tasks, guidance and recognition.
What the role looks like
- A fixed term. Terms run for a few months, for example 3, 6, 9 or 12 months, chosen when you are approved.
- Tasks. The team assigns tasks such as sharing a post, running a short session, or organising a small campaign in your college.
- Proof of work. Posts and activities are checked with a link or a screenshot, so the work is real and fair.
- Monthly report. You write a short report on what you did and what you learned, and get feedback.
- Your own referral link. Ambassadors are also referral partners, and use the same account to share programme links.
The team at a college
A college has one Lead and a small number of Members. This keeps the work manageable and gives everyone a role.
What you gain
- Practice in communication, organising and leading a small team.
- Real tasks you can describe in your resume and in interviews.
- Recognition from the academy and a record of your work.
- Rewards for completing tasks. The details are shared when you are approved.
An honest look at the time
Plan for a few hours a week alongside your studies. If exams are close, tell your mentor, and plan the month around them.
Doing it responsibly
- Be honest about what the programmes are. Never promise a job or a salary.
- Mention that you are an ambassador whenever you post about the programme, for example with the academy's hashtag and a clear note.
- Do not spam classmates or add people to groups without asking.
- Never ask a classmate to pay you. Payments are made only on the official website.
How to apply (when applications open)
Applications are not open yet. The steps below are how it will work.
- Open the campus ambassador page and fill in the application: your college, year, social profiles and a short plan.
- The team reviews applications and may invite you for a short conversation.
- If you are approved, you get an account and sign in to the ambassador portal with the same email you use as a partner.
