Your Data Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for purposes you have withdrawn consent for.

How to make a request

Email nithya.s@dnyxgroup.com with the subject "Data request" and the email you registered with. Tell us which of the following you want:

• A copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion of your data, where we are not required by law to keep it.
• Withdrawal of consent for a specific purpose, such as marketing emails.

What happens next

We verify your identity by replying to the email you registered with. We respond within 30 days. Some records, such as payment and invoice records, must be kept for tax and accounting reasons even after a deletion request; we will explain when this applies.
