Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy sets out when course fees can and cannot be refunded or cancelled. Please read it before you pay. The same wording appears on the checkout page.

1. Course fees are non-refundable

Once a course fee has been paid and your enrolment has been confirmed, the fee is non-refundable. This applies whether or not you start the course, attend sessions or complete it. Please check the course details, schedule and price before you pay.

2. Cancelling before you pay

You can stop at any time before payment without any charge. Simply close the checkout page. If your payment window has closed, start a new registration.

3. Cases where we will refund

• You were charged twice for the same enrolment. We refund the duplicate in full.
• Your payment was taken but no enrolment was created. We refund the amount in full, or complete the enrolment, whichever you prefer.
• We cancel a course or batch before it starts. You may choose a refund in full or transfer to another batch of the same course.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method through Razorpay. Bank processing normally takes 5 to 7 working days after we approve the refund. A transfer fee may apply.

5. Requesting a refund or cancellation

Write to nithya.s@dnyxgroup.com with your name, the email you registered with, and the course name. We reply within 3 working days. If you are not satisfied with our response, see our grievance procedure.
