These terms apply to your use of the Dnyx Academy website, learning platform, referral portal and any programme you enrol in. By using them you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Dnyx Academy provides online and hybrid training programmes. Contact us at nithya.s@dnyxgroup.com.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in email secure. Sign-in codes are sent to your email; never share them. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Enrolments and access

Access to a course is granted for the period stated on its page after payment is confirmed. Course content, videos and certificates are for your personal learning and may not be copied, shared or resold.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are shown in Indian rupees, including any applicable taxes, on the course page and at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Referral programme

Referrers earn commission on paid enrolments that come through their link. Commissions are paid after the enrolment is confirmed and are subject to the programme rules shown in the referrer portal. Self-referrals and misleading promotion are not allowed, and may result in commission being cancelled and the account being closed.

6. Conduct

Be respectful in forums, support tickets and testimonials. Do not post content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes others' rights. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Intellectual property

The site, course material, logos and brand are owned by Dnyx Academy or our licensors. You may use them only for the purpose of learning or referring students.

8. Our liability

We work to keep the platform available and course content accurate, but we do not guarantee employment or any particular outcome from a programme. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fee you paid for the programme concerned.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction.
