Privacy Policy

This notice explains what personal data Dnyx Academy collects when you browse this website, enrol in a course, apply for a programme, submit a form, or use our learning and referral portals, and how we use it. It is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).

1. What we collect

• Identity and contact: name, email address, mobile number, city, state, college or organisation.
• Learning and programme details: course enrolled, batch, progress, assignments, attendance.
• Application and profile details you choose to give us, such as education, resume, LinkedIn profile, and answers to application questions.
• Payment status. We never see or store your card or bank details; Razorpay processes them.
• Technical data: IP address (hashed for referral click counts), browser type, and pages visited, to keep the site secure and working.

2. Why we use it

To process enrolments and payments, give access to courses, send receipts and course emails, process applications, respond to your enquiries, run referral commissions, and meet our legal obligations. Marketing emails are sent only where you have agreed to them, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

3. Consent

Where we rely on consent, we ask for it at the point of collection and record the time and the version of the notice you agreed to. You can withdraw consent at any time; withdrawing it does not affect processing already done.

4. Who we share it with

Only with service providers who need it to run the platform: Razorpay (payments), Zoho (email, meetings, invoices), Cloudflare (file storage), Bunny (course video), and our hosting and database providers. We do not sell personal data.

5. How long we keep it

Enrolment, payment and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Application resumes are deleted after the period set for each form. Support tickets and emails are kept for the period needed to resolve them and for our records.

6. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to withdraw consent. See the data rights page for how to make a request. We respond within the time set by law.

7. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited by role, and actions by staff are logged. If a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.

8. Children

Our courses are for people aged 18 or over, or for students with a parent or guardian's consent. If you believe a child has given us data without consent, contact us and we will delete it.
